At Irohas Photo, we want you to capture every moment with confidence. If you are not completely satisfied with your equipment, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your account and navigate to 'Order History' to select the item you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack Your Equipment
Place the camera body, lenses, and all original accessories back into their original packaging, ensuring the product is securely cushioned for transit.
Ship the Package
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of your box and drop it off at any authorized courier location.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the gear's condition, we will process your refund or ship your replacement item within 3-5 business days.
